4CSD 2023 Conference Registration
Conference registration this year is online. You can register and pay online by credit card or register online and then mail a district/organization/personal check.
Conference Fees

The 4CSD Board has eliminated member fees. There are no member rates for the conference.

Conference registration does not include hotel accommodations. Hotel reservations can be made directly with the Claremont Double Tree.

Conference fees are $645 per person if payment is received by October 5. If payment (check or credit card) is received after October 5, the rate is $745. Only district checks will be accepted - no personal checks - after October 5.

No refunds after October 5. Substitution is allowed; contract info@4CSD.com for substitutions.
Meals
Your conference registration includes the following meals:

Wednesday, November 1: Evening social with heavy appetizers (but not dinner)

Thursday, November 2: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Friday, November 3, Breakfast and lunch
There will be a free, pre-conference luncheon on Wednesday, November 1 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM for all of the Vision Resource Center College System Admins. If you are a Vision Resource Center College System Admin, please RSVP for this luncheon separately from conference registration by October 5.
Registering Multiple Attendees
If you need to register multiple attendees and are paying by one check, each attendee needs to complete an online registration form, however one check can be submitted for multiple attendees. Please indicate the names of the attendees when you send in the check.
If you need to register multiple attendees and are paying by credit card in one transaction, please use the Register and Pay Online - Multiple Registrants form.
